Finish Team Member
Description
Casey's Creative Kitchens is currently looking to add to our Finish Team within our Production Department.
A key role within our Production team, Finisher’s are responsible for the preparation of cabinet pieces by completing the sanding, painting, and staining of all cabinet pieces as they arrive in the Finish department.
Role Responsibilities Include:
- Preparing cabinet pieces for painting and staining
- Sand, prime, stain and/or paint cabinetry parts
- Maintain paint equipment and spray booth as required
- Touch up finished materials as required to produce an equal tone
- Perform preventative maintenance tasks as prescribed
- Maintain a clean and safe work area, adhering to all health and safety policies and procedures
Essential Duties:
- Requires good manual dexterity (hand, hand with arm, two hands) and multi-limb coordination.
- Must be able to lift, push, pull or carry objects, use abdominal and lower back muscles to provide support over time without fatigue
- Standing for a large portion of the workday
- Use of Personal Protection Equipment will be required (e.g., safety glasses, respirator, safety boots, ear protection etc.).
Considered Assets:
- Experience working with various materials such as wood, MDF, laminates etc.
- Experience working in a production facility
Education:
- High School Diploma, GED or equivalent.
- Training in a postsecondary education is preferred but not required.

Compensation
$20.00 - $23.00 per hour
