Casey’s Creative Kitchens is looking to add a Project Coordinator to our Team!

The Project Coordinator plays a crucial role in managing the post-sale process, ensuring effective communication between clients, designers, and internal teams. The role involves overseeing various project stages, from initial client introduction to installation completion and post-service follow-up.

As a Project Coordinator, you will be responsible for assisting the Project Coordinator Team Lead with the following tasks:
  • Client Introduction & Project Briefing: Initiate email introductions, meet with the Designer to discuss project details, and set up client Zoom meetings.
  • Scheduling & Approvals: Arrange site measures, send final shop drawings for client approval, and involve the Designer as needed.
  • Administrative & Coordination Tasks: Manage stone template paperwork, purchase orders, product backorders, and book installation dates.
  • Client & Project Updates: Provide regular updates on job progress and communicate any scheduling changes.
  • Project Delivery & Execution: Confirm delivery details, final payments, and any schedule changes with clients.
  • Installer & Issue Resolution: Conduct daily check-ins with installers, coordinate with the shop/delivery team, and address missing product issues.
  • Post-Installation & Service Coordination: Oversee installer paperwork, schedule walkthroughs, process service requests, and follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction.
  • Additional Responsibilities: Support various project needs and assist with other tasks as required.

Essential Job Functions and Requirements:
  • Exceptional customer service/relationship building skills
  • Excellent organization and time management skills
  • High attention to detail with a focus on quality control
  • Proficiency in using collaboration tools (Zoom, Teams, Drive)
  • Adaptable to changing project requirements

Education (Preferred, but not required):
  • Diploma in Office Administration or Project Management or equivalent
  • Experience in cabinet industry and basic knowledge of kitchen design considered an asset
